FIX: Wmvcore.dll is Missing or Not Found Errors in Windows 8



Hello VTBians, your search ends here. Have gotten a solution for How to recover your missing Wmvcore.dll file. Dont panic its just a Windows Media Player file. Follow the steps below and your done!

NOTE: Dont go ahead download any DLL(Dynamic Link Library) file. It could infect your PC badly.

Here are the fix steps

Step 1 - Download this setup from Windows Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 8

Step 2 - Install the step up, and restart

 We are done!

      I would say thanks, but it says:

Ok guys, a student of mine at NIIT Ghana brought me a laptop, which he formatted with Windows 8 and his not able to install some softwares after the format - I taught for a while and told him to go for a BIOS Update. Unluckily for him, he came the next class day, saying; "Sir, i updated and now my PC cannot boot across the BIOS anymore, when i press the power button, it loads the BIOS and shutdown."
