FIXED: Boot-time Error - TOSHIBA Satellite Stops at POST

Hello friends, here a solution to the problem showed in the above picture. May be on Toshiba Satellite A205-S5825 or any other computer system.

This error shows at the boot up process when you startup your computer. I.e. POST boot process.
Likely causes might be IDE/PATA/SATA Cable Failure  or Hard Disk Failure. That's why we see the "Media Test Failure"

This solution is the Hard-Disk. Just Replace It

Yes, from today, Microsoft is ending the support for versions 8, 9 and 10 of its home-built browser Internet Explorer, thereby encouraging Windows users to switch on to Internet Explorer version 11 or its newest Edge browser.
