Yes! Google is at it. Hopefully this will get to West Africa soon, so we can reduce the enormous range of traffic and accident. Read an article by Techspot below; We've been told all along that self-driving cars are safer that today's human-powered vehicles. By eliminating human error, these autonomous vehicles are expected to drastically reduce the number of auto accidents on public roadways. What you might be surprised to learn, however, is that some of these cars are being programmed to break the law by speeding. How can that be safe? As Google lead software engineer Dmitri Dolgov told Reuters during a recent interview, their autonomous car is programmed to stay within the speed limit most of the time. But when the traffic around you is exceeding the speed limit, it can actually be dangerous to maintain the slower (legal) speed. Under such conditions, Google has programmed its self-driving car to go up to 10 mph above the speed limit to better keep pace with traffic....

Please follow the short steps below Step 1 - Insert the Affected Pen Drive or Storage Device - Note the drive letter (but do not open it) Step 2 - open command prompt as an administrator. Mine is drive I: Step 3 - Use ":I" to switch to the drive from the command line. Step 4 - Type "attrib -s -h -r *.*" in the command line. Press enter. The step 4 - Command would make all the hidden virus files visible. So you can access the drive now and delete all suspicious virus files. After doing this remove the drive and insert it again. FIXED: Boot-time Error - TOSHIBA Satellite Stops at POST

Hello friends, here a solution to the problem showed in the above picture. May be on Toshiba Satellite A205-S5825 or any other computer system. This error shows at the boot up process when you startup your computer. I.e. POST boot process. Likely causes might be IDE/PATA/SATA Cable Failure  or Hard Disk Failure. That's why we see the "Media Test Failure" This solution is the Hard-Disk. Just Replace It

The issue was brought to light by Forbes earlier this week, and found that Chrome uses more power than any other browser available; the problem, according to Forbes’s Ian Morris, centers on the “system clock tick rate,” which determines how often an OS like Windows reacts to events that need attention. Chrome apparently adjusts this interval rate to 1.000ms, waking the processor about 1,000 times per second; the default should be 15.625ms, which is about 64 times per second. The higher tick rate could be increasing power consumption by up to 25-percent, Microsoft said, and could actually be bogging down your entire Windows syste...
